NOTICE OF LANDSCAPE INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (SINGAPORE) 23rd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given to members that the Landscape Industry Association (Singapore) (LIAS) will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on:
Date: 27th June 2024 (Thursday)
Time: 1430 hrs – 1800 hrs
*Registration begins at 1400 hrs. AGM will be called to order at 1530 hrs.
Venue: BCA Braddell Campus, Blk A, CLVC Connect Room

All members are invited to attend. Attendance is limited to 2 pax per member. Only ONE Corporate member representative attending the AGM may vote on agenda items.
Agenda of Meeting
Members who wish to place an agenda item are kindly requested to submit in writing via the online registration form by Thursday, 20 June 2024.
Also appended in this Notice is Annex 1 – Minutes of the 22nd AGM. Annexes 2 & 3 (Financials & Proposed Constitution Amendments) will be shared subsequently for your prior reading.
